A Beautiful Face Needs These Superfoods

We should remember that behind every skin there is a story. Our appearance tells us about the inside reality.  You can help your skin glow by having the right food at the right time and by avoiding the ones that cause harm to your skin.  One of the lifestyle challenges is how to maintain a beautiful skin.  Always remember that consuming the right food can do wonders for your skin.  Your skin will glow more if you consume superfoods, however, never stuff your face with the superfoods rather it would be better if you do some face timing with these wonder foods.

Apply Oatmeal Pack:

As a beauty product, oats work wonders on all types of skin.  For skin whitening and lightening, oatmeal face packs are brilliant.  Along with a good oatmeal pack, you can add honey and almond milk as a combination of it. At the time of bathing, you can use oatmeal as a good scrub because it is gritty in nature.  Since absorbs oil from the skin, it is best for acne-prone skin too.

Use of Green Tea Bags:

You can reduce the sunburns and overexposure to the ultraviolet rays, by applying green tea bags on your skin.  The application of the tea bags will also reduce the ageing of your skin. In the fridge, store two used green tea bags for 30 minutes and then use them on your tired eyes. Since it is rich in Vitamin K, it is best for reducing dark circles and puffy eyes.

Chia Seeds Pack:

Chia seeds are loaded with protein, fibre, omega fatty acids and Vitamin E.  For many hydrating creams, chia forms a very significant ingredient. Make a pack out of grounded chia seeds and coconut oil and apply it to your face.

Use of Vinegar:

For removing dead skin, you can use apple cider vinegar. It works best as a toner. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with two cups of water and store it in the refrigerator. Every night, before going to bed, use 2-3 drops of this potion as a toner. It will help to tighten up your skin and remove dead skin and help in toning.

Use of Acid Berries:

An excellent source of antioxidants is acai berries. The anti-ageing properties help get rid of the radicals which damage your skin.  For best results, apply mashed strawberries with acai berry powder on the clean damp skin.
