This scheme has been launched by putting a aim to connect small towns with airlines for upcoming 10 years. This would be achieved only if State & Central Government will provide funding to interested airlines to initiate with this scheme to make it more convenient in terms of fares which offer by these airlines to passengers.

Center Government already take a initiative by reducing the VAT for interested airlines. State governments will have to lower the VAT on jet fuel to 1% or less and other essential things like water electricity, fire services and security on free or subsidize rates. Also eliminate the charges which imposed by airport operator such as landing, parking and terminal navigation landing charges.
