MS Dhoni sue very known real estate company of India Amrapali Group. Dhoni is looking to retrieve almost Rs 150 crore from real estate company Amrapali Group, for whom he had been the brand ambassador for 6-7 years according to a report by Economic Times.
Amrapali Group allegedly not paid MS Dhoni for years for being the brand ambassador of the firm that is now caught in a financial crisis. In 2016, MS Dhoni Quit as the ambassador of the group because MS was receiving negative comments from the side of buyers regarding to the quality and compatibility of residence.
Rhiti Sports, the company that manages cricketing stars including Dhoni, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and South African Francois Du Plessis, has filed a recovery suit in the Delhi High Court against Amrapali Group. Even Amarpali group didn’t provide any flat to the Indian World Cup Winning of 2011 Team as they promised.
MS Dhoni and Amarpali Group:
Almost in Year 2011-12 Dhoni join Amarpali as Brand- Ambassador. However MS Dhoni was too much involved with this group in terms of partnership also. But the group’s bad impact on the buyers and critical condition in terms of income force MS Dhoni to take his hand out of it. Anil Kumar Sharma created the Amrapali Group in 2002 in Noida, UP. This real estate group establish itself so soon that it was counted amoung the biggest real estate groups in India.
According to the reports Dhoni left Amarpali because of their false commitment with people. It was harming Dhoni’s reputation also to being a brand ambassador. The residents had tagged Dhoni in their tweets, asking him to either dissociate himself from the builder or make sure that they complete the pending work. So MS finally decided to quit the group in 2016.
Other Cricketers including Dhoni are now looking for their pending dues from the company.
