Reply Privately can soon be a new feature of Whatsapp. It might be working on this new feature of Reply Privately via which users can send messages to the users privately to members of a group without making it known to others.
Apparently, this feature will help the users to communicate with the members of a group chat privately without leaving the group chat. What it exactly means is, on the one hand, the users can chat with other members of the group individually and on the other hand, they can also keep a track of the discussion which goes on within the group. However, it is not clear whether users will be able to use Reply Privately feature and will be able to chat with everyone in the group or just with members who have been added to his phone.
You must be aware of few facts about Reply Privately before you take the plunge to update your WhatsApp app. You should remember that Reply Privately is not live on Whatsapp as yet. Whatsapp is working on the instant messaging service however, it has been pushed out in a beta update for the Windows Phone. WABtalinfo first reported that Reply Privately feature will be made available in group chats and can be accessed via a small menu that is visible when the users press and hold on to a message. For Windows Phone 2.17.344 in the new WhatsApp beta, the private reply feature is disabled. It seems that it has been wrongly enabled in 2.17.342. In the v2.17.348 beta update, the feature will again be implemented. Before finally pushing it to the end-users, hopefully, WhatsApp will be able to correct it.
There might be also chances of WhatsApp deciding not to roll out the Reply Privately feature because the features in testing phase push it to the final release. However, in case, if the feature is released for public, it would certainly be a big boon for people who are part of numerous chat groups. Such details are being leaked by WABtalInfo for some time however, it has been heard that Whatsapp is also working on an unblock and picture-in-picture (PIP) mode for web WhatsApp users.
