The launch of 2018 model of Ducati Monster 821 street fighter motorcycle took place this year that is 2018. The ex-showroom price is Rs 9.51 lakh. The launch of this bike was in 2016. Discontinuation of the bike took place last year. Reason for discontinuation was BS-4 emission norms.
This is basically the comeback of the Ducati Monster 821. It is a new version of the old model. New upgrades took place along with BS-4 compliant powertrain. The launch took place in Twitter instead of any event depending on the venue.

This bike has several elements like the original M900, with complete of 25 years of the monster series. There is a revise of the fuel tank design. There is a lock on the fuel tank which pays tribute to the original Monster.
The new version is having slimmer tail section. For the tail section, M900 is the inspiration. The headlamp is new with LED arrangements. The new model also consists of a full TFT color instrument console. It allows the hosting of information but the multimedia system is optional.
The Ducati Monster 821 runs on 821 cc L-Twin Teststretta engine. It is also having a bhp of 108 and a peak torque of 86 Nm. It is having a 6 speed transmission. There is a USD fork up front and a monoshock present at the rear side. The Brembo units are the breaking power along with three levels Bosch ABS. This is standard.
